The professionally managed equestrian center is scheduled to re-open Summer 2022, after completion of improvements to meet the high regional demand for a world-class facility.

Property includes 120 acres of conservation land, six residential ready-to-build lots, and a 23 acre commercial equestrian facility with 54 stalls, 2 indoor arenas, outdoor arenas, staff housing, and auxiliary ranch buildings. Revenue opportunity from sale of six luxury homesite, individually valued at $12-16 million.

Additionally, equine operations are estimated to generate additional annual cash flow rom existing training programs and non-core revenue generated from horse shows, events, polo matches, etc.
