ASSET
The asset is entitled for 552 apartment homes built around an intimate network of courtyards and paseos, 3 acres of open space, 10k sf of experiential retail (e.g. food, beverage, and personal services), and 19k sf of amenities. Site designed for pedestrians, biking, and open space. Project excludes residential parking and included for retail and residents’ guests. Site is transit oriented with less than 15 minute train ride to Downtown, Midtown, Microsoft HQ3, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Georgia Tech, and Atlanta University Center. Over half a million jobs are easily accessible within 30 min via transit or ebike.
