Project is on ~1000 acre ranch with plans for a regenerative village (comprised of a boutique hotel with 60 guest rooms & cottages, restaurant, market, wellness center, event space for weddings, local retail / workshop space, and arts colony), a 24-unit Modern Elder Academy with up to 36 branded residences, residential lots, equestrian and regenerative agricultural land.
