Vipin Nambiar

is the founder and Managing Partner of HN Capital Partners.  HN Capital is an opportunistic private investment manager specializing in commercial real estate investment. The firm was founded with the sponsorship of Hunt Investment Group, an affiliate of Hunt Consolidated Inc., which is a part of the Hunt family of companies in Dallas TX directed by Ray L. Hunt, Hunter L. Hunt and Christopher W. Kleinert.

 

Vipin has significant experience overseeing successful execution of development projects, including design, underwriting, financing, and asset management. Through HNCP, Vipin owns The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, Hotel Perla in L.A., is a co-owner of the W Dallas Victory Hotel, and a co-developer for the Virgin Hotel Dallas.  He has also owned and developed multiple select service hotels in Texas. Prior to the formation of HN, Vipin was a Managing Director in the investment group at Hunt Consolidated Inc, where he directed a wide array of direct investments, and has over fifteen years of experience investing in and managing over $2 billion of assets. Vipin is a trained architect who earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and an integrated Masters in Urban Planning & Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, where he attended on a fellowship award.

David Lancaster

Founder & CEO

David has more than 30 years experience as an investor, portfolio manager, private banker and family office head. Prior to forming Tile Capital, Mr. Lancaster was a Managing Director and led the US West Coast Family Office Practice for Boston Private, a private bank subsidiary of Silicon Valley Bank, focused on closely held family businesses, commercial real estate and family offices. Previously, Mr. Lancaster was President and Chief Investment Officer of a real estate related single family office in San Francisco, and a Director at Carmel Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity real estate firm. Before that, Mr. Lancaster specialized in providing banking and advanced planning to real estate families as part of the Global Family Office group at UBS and as a Senior Private Banker at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Lancaster has served as the senior investment advisor for a number of large family offices and was a portfolio manager specializing in quantitative global asset allocation and risk management for Millennium Partners, an institutional fund manager based in New York. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with honors where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

P. Wayne Osborne

is a widely respected and successful leader within the Family Office industry, bringing 30 years of experience in the domain to Way2B1, a platform that addresses the common challenges faced by families and family offices; providing an integrated access point to people, services, and information. He currently serves as CEO - CoFounder of Way2B1 and as CEO to a high net worth family in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to leading his current organizations, Osborne built and led teams supporting Mortimer B. Zuckerman, Sanford Grossman, Joseph E. Brooks, and Helen Frankenthaler. Osborne is currently Co-Chair of the Board of Safe & Sound, a Board Director for the Georgie Badiel Foundation, and is on the Board of Newday Impact Investing. He is an elder in the Presbyterian Church, USA. Osborne is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, where he received a Master of Divinity Degree. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude from Belhaven University.

Andrew Behrens

is Vice-Chairman at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2020 revenues of $23.8 billion and more than 100,000 employees.  Andrew is also a member of CBRE’s elite Institutional Group.  He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience representing both Institutional and Private Equity owners and is one of the foremost knowledgeable experts in commercial real estate capital structuring in the U.S.  Andrew has personally been responsible for closing over $30 billion of real estate transactions throughout his career, including a record setting $1.2 billion credit facility with Fannie Mae.  Andrew has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.

Ivana Tay

Ivana is the Founder and CEO of Good Days, a direct-to-consumer brand for pets and pet parents. Previously, Ivana was a co-founder and General Partner at Caus Capital, a venture group of women operators, entrepreneurs, and investors, including Google and McKinsey & Company alum, dedicated to empowering scalable, mission-driven businesses. Ivana also had a career at Google, which spanned 8 years across a few teams in San Francisco and New York City. Most recently, Ivana managed global partnerships with mobile app and game developers and top engineering talent to grow advertising revenue, and prior to that, Ivana led growth strategy and partnership development with Google's largest agency partners and end client C-levels in retail, e-commerce, and marketplace businesses. She also co-led an internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Council at Google, with key areas of focus on education, retention, and progression. Ivana sits on the Development Board for Education Through Music in New York City, where she previously served as the Co-Chairman. Ivana has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Film and Television from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rebecca Maguire

is Founder and Principal at EFO Advisory Services.  EFO is a preeminent family office consulting firm with a team of family office professionals that have over 50 years collective experience in various leadership roles within UHNW family offices.   Similar to Tile Capital, EFO was established on the premise that single family offices often have relatively minimal internal resources relative to the tremendous responsibility they have and can often benefit from working closely with top tier third party organizations dedicated to serving the family office community.  Prior to founding EFO Advisory Services, Rebecca held leadership positions at several single family offices including starting and running a billion dollar single family office in Silicon Valley.  Rebecca began her career as a Consultant at KMPG, then worked in various roles at JPI, an international real estate developer based in San Diego, CA, and at Equity Office Properties, the largest office property management firm in the U.S.  Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of San Diego. 

Kristi Kuechler

is Senior Director at The ImPact.  The ImPact is a global membership community of families committed to aligning their assets with their values. Previously, Kristi founded Kuechler Consulting, which provided consulting services to family offices. She has also been Managing Director at Vernal Point Advisors in San Francisco, a family office advisory firm, and prior to that was Managing Director at Family Office Exchange (FOX) where she oversaw all investment initiatives for a membership of nearly 400 families with an average investable asset base of $500 million.  Kristi also led the FOX Direct Investing Network, a group of 130 families/family offices actively engaged in direct investments.


Kristi joined FOX after five years as Partner and Managing Director of Lattice Strategies, an investment firm based in San Francisco that was the outgrowth of a single-family office.  Prior to her work at Lattice, Kristi served as President of the Institute for Private Investors (IPI), a membership organization of 380 affluent families.  Kristi also created a Private Wealth Management program at Stanford University and ran it for three years. In 2010, she was named to the 50 Top Women in Wealth Management by ThinkAdvisor.  Kristi has a B.A. from the University of California-Davis, and a M.A. from Stanford University.

Jessica West

CMO / Director of Member Services

As Chief Marketing Officer of Tile Capital, Jessica oversees and implements marketing strategies designed to increase the firm's exposure in the family office community and grow the number of top tier opportunities available to family office members.  She is also the Director of Member Services, where she builds relationships with family offices and other UNHW private investors to fully understand and service their highly specialized real estate investment needs. Jessica brings dynamic global business experiences and insights to Tile Capital. Following an executive role at Morgan Stanley, Jessica gained valuable digital marketing and PR experience working for an innovative state-of-the-art technology platform in London serving the needs of top luxury brands Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci, Dior, YSL, Balenciaga, Chanel and others. Jessica has had her own sustainable fashion brand and been a sought after consultant and executive coach for businesses serving high net worth clients, specializing in integrating technology and sustainable strategies into their business models. She studied economics at Baylor University, holds a BS from Cal Poly, and a certification in Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School.
